Samsung Carrier Unlock - IN-STORE ONLY

Do you want to use your device on a different carrier or network?

This service will carrier unlock your mobile device to use on  another network.

For example if you have an AT&T branded locked device you can unlock it to use on T-Mobile.

How it works:

-Choose your device and purchase the Network Unlock for Samsung Galaxy service.

-Mail your device to the address listed below. (Make sure your device is securely packaged to avoid damage during delivery) Please do not send any cases or accessories and please include lock screen password for testing purposes. You may also remove the screen lock password.

-Elite Wireless will notify you once device has been delivered to our shop.

We’ll repair, test and ship the device and ship back to you in 7 to 10 business days. You’ll receive an email to notify you when your device has been shipped.

-We’ll keep in touch to make sure your device has arrived safely and is working correctly.

If you live in Idaho: you are welcome to bring your device to our shop in Nampa.

Make sure your device is securely packaged to avoid any damage during delivery. We’ll notify you as soon as device has been delivered to our shop.

The screen will be repaired and tested thoroughly and will be shipped back to you approximately 5-7 business days after Elite Wireless has received it.

During the process you are always welcome to check on your screen repair status by calling 208 713 4119

Important things to note:

This service will replace your broken/cracked LCD only.  Will not repair /replace ear speaker, home button, proximity sensor, facial recognition sensor, or front facing camera.

Please do not mail any cell phone accessories, and make sure the screen lock password is removed before shipping.

We'll notify you via email once your device has been delivered to our shop. We'll start working right away and you are always welcome to give us a call or send us an email to request a status update. We'll ship your device safely approximately 5-7 business days after we have received it. Your phone will be tested thoroughly before mailing back to you to ensure the repair has been successfully completed.
