How it works:

-Purchase the PlayStation HDMI repair service.

-Mail your console to the address listed below. (Make sure your console is securely packaged to avoid damage during delivery)

-Elite Wireless will notify you once the console has been delivered to our shop.

We’ll repair, test and ship the device and ship back to you in 7 to 10 business days. You’ll receive an email to notify you when your device has been shipped.

-We’ll keep in touch to make sure the console has arrived safely and is working correctly.

If you live in Idaho: you are welcome to bring your device to our shop in Nampa.

Make sure your console is securely packaged to avoid any damage during delivery. We’ll notify you as soon as the console has been delivered to our shop.

The HDMI will be repaired and tested thoroughly and will be shipped back to you approximately 5-7 business days after Elite Wireless has received it.

Important things to note:

This service will replace a damaged HDMI port only.  Will not repair /replace any other parts of the console.

Please do not mail any accessories.

We'll notify you via email once your device has been delivered to our shop. We'll start working right away and you are always welcome to give us a call or send us an email to request a status update. We'll ship your device safely approximately 5-7 business days after we have received it. Your phone will be tested thoroughly before mailing back to you to ensure the repair has been successfully completed.
