Make sure your device is securely packaged to ensure there's no damage during delivery.
- Remove all accessories before shipping.
- Remove all lock screen passwords.

WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST
We'll notify you via email once your device has been delivered to our shop. We'll start working right away and you are always welcome to give us a call or send us an email to request a status update. We'll ship your device safely approximately 5-7 business days after we have received it. Your phone will be tested thoroughly before mailing back to you to ensure the repair has been successfully completed.
